Our fun in March

Here are just a couple of pictures from March. Not including Easter.
This is a picture of Haven in her brothers new sunglasses and her new apron. Regan's aunt Ann and Uncle Ron came into town from Texas and brought the kids all sorts of fun things. Haven and Jake were so excited when they got them. Haven had to put her apron on and wear it all day, for a few days, because she loves the pockets that it has. She is always watching me put things in my pockets and loves to copy me. (Unfortunately, her pockets have always been her diaper.) Thank you for the apron with pockets.

Regan, Jake and Grandpa went fishing on Sunday and this is what Jake got. He even touched this one. That is a big step for this dude. Great job Jake!

This much be Jake on his way fishing. What a stud he is. I just love him so much!

Having fun taking some pictures. I think these 2 kids are just amazing.

The Hicks wedding

Our two beautiful children were honored to be in the wedding of Jason and Daris Hicks on March 20th. The wedding was on the mountain side at a beautiful place called Sassi. Haven and Jake did such a wonderful job walking down the aisle together. I could not have been more proud. They looked amazing and both behaved themselves all night. Haven fell asleep at the reception around 10 and we all went home. What a fun night we had. Congrats to Jason and Daris Hicks!

Spring Break

This Spring Break was very busy around our house. My parents came to town and got to enjoy the kids. They helped out so much by watching them for us at night while Regan and I went out and got things done. While mom and dad were here they got to see Jake's first basketball game. Jake made 2 or 3 baskets not sure which. He did such a great job and really gave it his all. We are so proud of him. They took the kids to the park, played water balloons, mom did a Easter gingerbread house with them, and many other things. The kids were in Jason and Daris's wedding on Saturday so we were busy with that all week. On Thursday they had the rehearsal so the kids got to practice what they were going to do. This was a big help for Jake. Mom helped me out so much during this time since Regan was not able to be there. After the rehearsal mom took the kids home for us and Regan and I got to go to the rehearsal dinner ourselves. It was nice to have a nice dinner without the kids. Thanks mom. These pictures are from the basketball game, hanging around the house, and the rehearsal for the wedding. Wedding pictures will be my next post.

Regan's Birthday and February things

February 21st was Regan's Birthday. Jake, Haven and I made a Happy Birthday sign, got cupcakes, and put balloons all around the TV room floor for when he got home. We put another birthday sign up in the garage for when he opened the garage door. The kids (Jake) had so much fun getting ready for the surprise. Regan loved it. Regan and the kids had fun with the balloons. Regan put his shirt and pants on Jake and filled them with balloons. Jake thought this was so much fun.

Here is just a picture of the kids looking at the funny pages of our Sunday paper. My parents have a picture of me reading the paper and so i though it would be cute of them.
One after noon Jake and I opened our front door to start packing up the car to leave and this is what was we saw. God's Promise!
Haven just doing some coloring.

Aaron Watson

Regan and I had a fun night out with some other couple friends the weekend after Valentines Day. Not only did we get to spend time with some of our closest friends but we also got to see our college friend Arron Watson play in concert. We had such a great time seeing him and hanging out in his bus. It was great to be able to have a little bit of Texas here in Phoenix. I always love when Arron comes here to play, he really makes me miss home. Can't wait to see him here again.
